Terrain Systems Ltd uses the third-party service providers below ("subprocessors") to operate this website and the Terrain Apps and Terrain CAFM services. They process personal data on our behalf, or on our customers' behalf where we act as processor, under contractual data protection terms. This is the canonical list; our Privacy Policy and product data-processing terms refer to it.

Tenant isolation
Each Terrain Apps customer is deployed against its own isolated database, authentication application and storage; customer data is not pooled across deployments. Terrain CAFM is multi-tenant, with every customer's data logically separated and access-controlled.
International transfers
Where a subprocessor is outside the United Kingdom, transfers are protected by an appropriate safeguard: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or UK adequacy regulations. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Changes to this list
We give controller-customers advance written notice of any intended addition or replacement of a subprocessor, in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement, so they have the opportunity to object. To receive change notifications by email, ask to be added to the notification list.
